From August 28th, Extinction Rebellion Cornwall are joining another UK-wide wave of action to call attention to the overwhelming urgency of the Climate and Ecological Emergency already upon us, and to demand that the UK Government begin to acknowledge the severity of this crisis and take appropriate and immediate action.
As we prepare for this next uprising we’re offering a new version of Extinction Rebellion’s introductory talk (Heading for Extinction and what to do about it) at least once each week between now and August 28th, along with Induction sessions and key Action Trainings.
First up is a new 30m version of the talk which we’ll offer at 1.30pm every Wednesday, followed by an hour-long space to share your impressions, ask whatever you want, and to find out – if you wish to – how you too might find a way to support this movement. You can join us at 1.30pm on any Wednesday between now and 28th August.
