Interactive workshop re-membering the patterns of nature and applying them to XR and life situations.
We will explicitly use patterns of regenerative culture in this workshop.
You will experience the cycles of nature, in a regenerative way. We will open and deepen ourselves to what we innately know.
We will then explore these patterns in various applications, relevant to XR and life, for example, how to plan actions, hold meetings and deal with conflict.

This event is part of a whole host of online talks and training sessions that Extinction Rebellion Cornwall are running in the lead up to the Emergency Rebellion.
